1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized uniforms cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or bulk-ordered uniforms

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by transit

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow size or product exchanges (if available) within 7 days. Please ensure the returned item meets the conditions listed above. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
