Yes. Our uniforms are breathable, lightweight, wrinkle-free, and water-resistant — ideal for warm, humid climates in India and the Middle East.
Customization
Can I add logos or staff names to the uniforms?
Absolutely! We offer embroidery and print customization for logos, initials, and names — perfect for team identity and branding.
Is there a minimum order for customization?
Yes: Logo embroidery/printing → minimum 10 pieces. Fully customized designs → minimum 20 pieces.

Yes: Ready-to-Go: Choose from our standard designs/colors with logo option. Tailor-Made: Fully customized designs aligned with your brand.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. For orders of 25+ uniforms, you get a 5% discount plus free custom branding.
Do you provide fabric swatches for bulk orders?
Yes, swatches are available on request.

Sizes & Fit
What sizes are available?
We cover a wide range (S–XL and beyond) and also offer custom sizing.
Do you provide samples for size trials before bulk orders?
Yes, sample sets are available on request.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, our Size Guide is available in inches and centimeters, aligned with Indian standards, with conversion for UAE and international customers.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship pan-India and internationally (including the Middle East).
How long does shipping take?
Ready stock → 3–5 business days (India) / 10–14 days (International). Bulk/custom orders → 10–15 days or 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Ready-to-Go uniforms → exchange within 7 days if unused & tags intact. Customized uniforms → non-returnable unless defective.
What if I receive a defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for the uniforms?
Wash in cold or lukewarm water. Avoid bleach/harsh detergents. Tumble dry low or line dry. Iron on low/medium heat depending on product. All uniforms are wrinkle-free and easy-care.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment gateways.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, all orders include GST-compliant invoices.
